Returns Policy for Cosmetics
At Scrub A Dub Cleaning Club LTD we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.
1. Right to Cancel (Online Purchases Only)
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To cancel your order, please contact us at info@scrubadubcc.co.uk with your order details.
- Condition of Goods: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetics can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If the seal or packaging is broken, we cannot accept the return unless the product is faulty.
- Refund: Once the returned items are received and inspected, we will process a refund within 14 days to the original payment method. Return postage for non-faulty items will be the responsibility of the customer.
2. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the product to claim a refund or replacement.
- We will cover the cost of return postage for faulty or damaged items.
3. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges on cosmetic items unless they are faulty. If you wish to receive a different product, you may return the unopened item for a refund (as per the conditions above) and place a new order.
4. Exceptions
- Personalised or Custom Items: Personalised or custom cosmetic products cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Sale Items: Sale or discounted items are eligible for returns under the same terms as full-priced items.
5. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please:
- Contact us at info@scrubadubcc.co.uk to request a return authorisation.
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging.

We recommend using a trackable delivery service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
