Product Returns Policy
1. Overview

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your product, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange in accordance with this policy.

2. Your Legal Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

3. Change of Mind

(a) Online Purchases
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days from the day after you receive the goods, for any reason.
- Notification: You must inform us of your decision to cancel by emailing us at info@scrubadubcc.co.uk.
- Return Process: Once you have notified us, you must return the goods within 14 days.
- Refunds: We will process your refund, including the standard delivery charges, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

(b) In-Store Purchases
For purchases made in-store, we offer a 28 day return policy for items returned in their original, unopened packaging, along with a valid receipt.

4. Exclusions and Exceptions

Certain products are excluded from our returns policy, including:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers).
Custom-made or personalized items.
Products that have been unsealed or used, such as toiletries or cosmetics.
Digital content that has been downloaded or streamed.
Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).
5. Condition of Returned Items

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in a resalable condition.

6. Return Process

Please package the items securely, include the original packing slip, and return to the address provided on our website.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or we made an error.
(b) Client's Address: We will collect your returned item from your address if you are a client of our cleaning services.

Return the item to any of our stores along with your proof of purchase.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charges.

8. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item or evidence of return. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
